Why my account has banned?

Hello garena, i am sending you this message not only to try to recover my account but also to ask why this ban was, since in all the time i have played i have never used hacks or scripts or abused bugs in the game. Not long ago my Facebook account had been stolen which i had linked to the game, i do not know if this user used hacks or something that goes against the laws of the game. The only thing that i ask garena is that they give me an answer and if it is possible to solve this problem please. No more to say, i say goodbye.
