Reclamo a Garena

Ruleta de diamantes

He girado la ruleta de diamante en el juego free fire y no me an dado lo que se supone que me salio,la 63 veces y en varias de esas giradas me salieron los relojes fogatas etc por 3 dias pero cuando voy a ver para equiparlos h empezar a jugar me doy cuenta que no me los diaron por esos 3 dias nisiquiera me los dieron por 24hrs.la verdad me gaste los tickets y no obtube nada es desepcionante y mas por que los ajunte durante todo un mes.

    Hi, I'm here to complain. I already sent an email to garena of course, but since they say that they are not solving the problems yet, I send it here. I did 63 laps of the diamond wheel and several times I got the clock, campfire etc for 3 days but I went to equip them and they did not give me them for 3 days, they did not give me anything, and I am quite disappointed since I collected the tickets for 1 month and not getting anything I'm supposed to get is disappointing. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience

    *It seems unfair that they do not solve these small errors and very disappointing for the effort I made to collect so many tickets and not get a response, it is regrettable.*
