Ticket resale

I am writing regarding my ticket for tomorrowland on **july 25**.

unfortunately, i recently suffered a femur fracture that required surgery with the placement of an intramedullary nail. I am currently experiencing significantly reduced mobility and must use crutches, which makes it impossible for me to attend the event.

i have already listed my ticket for resale and uploaded my e-ticket as proof of purchase. However, since monday, the listing has remained in **"pending"** status.

i would be grateful if you could let me know whether any additional documentation or information is required for my listing to become **"active"**. Alternatively, i would appreciate knowing if there is any other way to transfer my ticket or request a refund under these circumstances.

i can provide supporting medical documentation, including medical certificates and hospital records, to verify my condition if needed.
