Bad customer service

Is so incredible to have had to deal with the poor service at the sam's club in cordoba veracruz, i decided to renew my membership at this particular place and was uphold with how i was treated once in the store. I decided to ask someone a simple question about a coca cola and this particular gentleman decided to get on the radio and proceeded to walk away. I then asked them again why he was been rude and his straight up response was "i don't work here" funny, last i checked if you are in an uniform and with a radio that meant you did work there. Additionally he started an altercation replying what do you want. Of course i got upset and said why do you work here if you are not knowledgeable of things. The worst part, he could have just try to find someone who knew the answer.or simply say, i dont know!!! unreal!!!
