Hello, more than 1 month ago i requested a refund for around $[números] pesos mexicanos in the wish app and it still does not appear in my bank account. 10 days ago i went to my bank bbva bancomer and they told me that there had not been a refund attempt. They recommended me to communicate with an assistant of the wish app but it did not work for me, i attached a few photos of when i made the transaction and when i requested a refund since the product never arrived
