No me llegan mis pedidos que hice en wishhasta la fecha

Buenos dias, desde mayo pedi a wish 8 profuctos que hasta la fecha no me ha llegado, cuando entro a mi historial aparece un aviso que dice que no figura ningun producto, pero en un principio si aparecia mis productos les tome captura de pantalla y los tengo, ya me comunique con soporte tecnico pero dicen que envie el id de mi compra. Le comparto lo que ellos me informan:
