Cobro realizado y no reembolsado

Hi, i'm contacting in place of my father humberto díaz vargas, who buy a lot of products on your website under my recommendation, one of them is the order #[números]a[números]e1fc[números]eb[números]a, which he pretends buy a pants, but the order have a problem and was cancelled by wish, the support team says that buy was refund, but, the refund never arrives to my father bank account, after they says that the order was captured but not executed, however the charge appears in the account resume. We put a claim at the bank entity requesting information and the bank returns an answer that we have in pdf where the bank confirms that the charge was captured and no one refund was be made at the time and already past a lot more of 10 days, we try contact through support option of the order, but the order actually does not allow messages anymore. My father try contact throught a second order, but the chat was closed inmediatly. Please provide me a mailbox to send the original response of the bank to prove that charge was made and finally get the refund as wish credit or to my father card.

No reembolsaron nada y cierran automáticamente cualquier intento de reclamación, básicamente se robaron la plata.
