i hope this message finds you well.
i recently signed up for your english course, but after giving it further thought, i’ve come to the difficult decision that i am unable to proceed with my enrollment at this time due to my current financial situation. While i was excited to begin studying, i made the decision emotionally, and after reflecting on my circumstances, i realize i cannot commit to the course right now. I do hope to revisit this opportunity in the future when my financial situation improves.
additionally, i was unable to complete the process of finalizing my order over the phone. I initially spoke with someone, but i was transferred to another representative, and unfortunately, the call was disconnected before i could finalize my enrollment.
as my request was made within the last 24 hours, i would like to kindly request the cancellation of my order and inquire about the possibility of a refund. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely hope you understand my situation.
