Good afternoon i am writing to the company in order to claim a list of purchases made on this site in the month of october of 2018 more than 10 products which only came one. I ask for the total refund of money that i already pay or, failing that, a purchase order for the total of what i was deducted. The truth is that it is very unserious to buy items for my baby with the illusion that they reach their destination and never arrived. I await a positive response, failing which i will address a claim against the company and resolve it to my lawyers. It is april of 2019 and when i go to claim my purchases they told me that they returned to the chinese country. Actually my husband and i are very angry and disillusioned. victoria sciascia.
