we would like to inform you that primary market has cancelled all purchases made, and unfortunately, your seller has failed to fulfill your purchase. We have tried relentlessly to get you new tickets but it has been virtually impossible. There are no tickets left. Due to this inconvenience, we have cancelled your purchase. We have informed our financial department requesting that they speed up the refund process. Additionally, we have also informed our postsales department so they can offer you a compensation due to the inconveniences you suffered. This has been a massive ticket failure completely out of stubhub's control. We tried everything we could to provide you your tickets, but it was not possible. Stubhub would like to convey its more sincere apologies for the situation.
