Hello, last january 2 i bought the game blasphemous 2 for Nintendo switch and it is still not activated. I wrote on january 10th via live chat, john told me that he sent a notification to his manager and that the game would be added in hours and this hasn't happened yet. I also wrote in the contact form on january 12 and i have not received any response either. I have tried to get back in touch through the live chat and there is never a worker to assist me. At this Point i would like to receive a refund using the same payment method that i used in the past for not having the game after more than 20 days, thank you

Compra realizada el 4 Enero, a fecha de hoy no tengo el juego activado. El servicio de Chat pasan las horas y nadie te atiende, el email de la web me lo rechaza indicando que me dirija al Chat e incluso he mandado un email al de jurídico que indica la web, y dicho email no existe. No se ya cuantas veces he intentado contactar con ellos por varias vías, el silencio por respuesta. Para mi sólo tiene una palabra, ESTAFA Y ENGAÑO...solo quiero la devolución del importe, pero nadie a tiende a nada. En Facebook el mensaje que te sale cuando escribe, te aparece un enlace que no existe.
