Hace semanas que tengo problemas con la banda ancha. Pago por un servicio de 3mb y solo me brindan 1mb. Llame repetidamente a la empresa, me ofrecieron un técnico, el cual nunca vino. Arnet (telecom s.a) los está estafando gente. Necesitamos una solución urgente !
