I'm complaining about my transfer from barcelona airport to lloret de mar on 31/04/[números] as we were abt 15miles from our hotel the driveshaft on the bus broke an we wer left stranded jus put of the bus an left at side of road. As i had my daughter an 2 year old grandson i wasn't prepared to wait on another bus coming for us so i had to call a taxi to teach our destination fortunately the bus had stopped wen the incident happened i dread to think of what could have happened if we had still had been on the motorway. The bus wasn't road worthy an i would like a full refund for my transfer plus the taxi fare if soneine could contact me i would appreciate it thank you
