Expedia and elysees union hotel:

my name is victor javier rodriguez and with my wife gabriela beznosko we booked and paid for a stay at the hotel union elysses in paris. Due to the pandemic we could not travel, and we have requested the refund of our money without success.
we reiterate this claim now in english to try to get your attention. We request the reimbursement of the amount paid inmediately, under penalty of reporting for misappropiation before the chamber of commerce of your jurisdiction. Since february 2022 we have been climing this return, with no response. Therefore, and for the last time, we demand the return of our money or we will file complaints with the french and spanish ministry of tourism, as well as with the consumer rights courts.

mi nombre es victor javier rodriguez y junto a mi esposa gabriela beznosko reservamos y pagamos una estadia en el hotel union elysses de paris. Debido a la pandemia no pudimos viajar, y hemos reclamado el reintegro hasta el presente sin éxito.
reiteramos este reclamo mas arriba en idioma ingles para intentar concitar vuestra atencion. Solicitamos el reintegro del importe pago en forma inmediata, bajo apercibimiento de denunciar por apropiacion indebida ante la camara de comercio de vuestra jurisdiccion. Desde febrero de 2022 estamos reclamando este retorno, sin respuesta. Por lo tanto y por ultima vez intimamos el extorno de nuestro dinero o haremos denuncias ante el ministerio de turismo frances y español, asi como ante la corte de derechos del consumidor.
