I paid for a product on 22 june [números] and the vendor did not confirm my order and did not deliver. The order has been procesed through ebanx, please help me get my money back.
the email used for the purchase was [email protected] and the value was [números] pesos mexicanos.
ive been trying to talk to somebody at ebanx for 3 weeks but its impossible, i cant even find your email to send you details. your chat does not work either.

I did not receive any communication from Ebanx whatsoever, it's impossible to get in touch with them.
13 de Agosto a las 11:06 hs.ResponderTuquejasuma sent them an email on my behalf, but I had tried that email as well and it doesn't accept messages, it's only used by Ebanx to send outgoing messages.
In short, I find myself at a dead end.
Ebanx is the worst company ever.
I would hope that Tuquejasuma could find another way to get in touch with them. Even their phone doesn't accept calls, it's like a ghost company.
