El 15-02 transferí 10u$s para comprar wcoins en webzen a travéz de Paymentwall A los cuales recién les reclamé y me contestaron que:
"upon checking on the attachment you provided, this shows that the reference number 126563536 on your receipt is for the transaction w139220719 dated 02/15/2018 in the amount of 10.00 usd and as we check the status of this payment, it shows that the transaction was cancelled on astropay/bank transfer argentina side. This is why you did not received your wcoins.

kindly reach out to astropay/redcompra for the details of the cancellation of this payment since we can only view on our end the status of this payment."

basicamente me piden que les reclame a astropay.

El 27-02 me preguntaron si mi pago fue confirmado y me pidieron que les adjunte el comprobante de pago, lo hice y todavía no obtuve respuesta.
Espero que se solucione a la brevedad.
