As far as i'm concern webpay srl has a lot of issues regarding transactions and i don't know why it was chosen as one of the pay methods.

i will try to provide as many information as you request to finish this Issue once for all in the best manners.

like i have told you already, i followed the step-by-step and even clicked on "open pop-up" to Enter my bank and log in, from there i filled

up the transfer details and sent the money to webpay srl, once it was done i clicked on "finish" on the pop up and i got [números] gems, i tried

again and it marked as if i was getting [números] more, showing up in middle of the game but it didn't impact on to the top left corner, so i

tried again.

all 3 transactions went straight from my bank account to webpay srl, for some reason i have the bank's receipts but nothing impacted on

Facebook since when i filled the report with them it was showing that no payments were done, but here i hope you understand i showed you the

3 different money transfer i made to the requested bank account for the gems.

with this said, i want to know how would it be possible for me to get refunded by webpay srl who got my money and i didn't got the product,

since if you are asking me for something i don't have since i paid from outside facebook then i don't know how its going to happen.

unless you are asking me to give facebook my credit card information and get charged again for something that i already bought.

please read this carefully since i think you are playing with me instead of helping me fix this issue, you crearly know that you relay on a

third party to get the money which is called "webpay srl" and it goes with the bank account number [números]-[números]/3 of the bank santander rio,

its cbu is [números] and its cuit is [números].
