Never received ticket for my money

On the 31st of march i have booked a ticket from zurich to barcelona for 184.08 fr. I received a confirmation of my booking and my payment via e-mail. Unfortunately i had to discover in the night before my flight on the 5.4.21 that i haven't received an e-ticket and that my booking was cancelled at the trip monster site as well as on the official homepage of swiss international airlines even though it said so in my confirmation e-mail of the flight and payment. So i had to book a new flight of much higher prices as i have booked one week earlier through the company tripmonster.

they have not fulfilled their part of the contract of purchase. Now i've written them several e-mails and they didn't respond.

We have been informed that your repayment is in process, so we are going to give your money back in the same payment method that you used to make the booking. During the next few days (max 2 weeks) you will see the value reflected in your bank account.

In any case, you must have received an e-mail from our Advanced Support team with all the details. This e-mail has been sent to the same address you indicated in the purchase process.

Should you have any further requests, please don´t hesitate to contact us by answering the e-mail thread already opened with our colleagues from Advanced Customer Support.
