My three of ticket from travelgenio has been canceled for coronavirus pandemic... But travelgenio did not pay me back, also did not contact with me...
but they still sold to ticket... Please be carfeul for them

it is important to follow the steps as mentioned, if not, it won't work
1. Mail to customer.service*travelgenio.com
2. Use the same mail authorised in the booking process (in case of doubt, check the confirmation mail)
3. Just write Travelgenio's booking code in the mail subject. No further words, codes, # or anything, just the booking code

i did it exactly what i have to need. but all the mail back to my box... those are mail said me:

Unfortunately we have not located any reservation with the email address you wrote us from. Please make sure to contact us by using the same e-mail that you filled in to make the reservation and do not forget to indicate the Booking ID that you will find in the confirmation email (numerical code) in the subject of the e-mail.
