13 de Setiembre a las 17:07 hs.ResponderDEBIDO A LA NECESIDAD POR TRABAJO TUVE QUE LLAMAR A UN TECNICO PARTICULAR PARA QUE SOLUCIONE EL PROBLEMA, telecon no cumplio con los dias prefijados!!!!!!!. NO TENIA NINGUN PROBLEMA DE CABLE!!!!!! DE LA CENTRAL ME CORTARON EL SERVICIO!!! NO SE EL PROBLEMA O FUE POR EQUIVOCACION DE ALGUIEN DEL PERSONAL DE AHI!!!! NUNCA SE FIJARON EL PORQUE!!!!! LAMENTABLEMENTE DEJAN MUCHO QUE DESEAR!!!!!! ESPERO CAMBIEN SU ACTITUD!!!!! YO SIEMPRE PAGUE AL DIA MIS FACTURAS Y NO TENGO PORQUE HABER PASADO POR ESTA SITUACION!!!!! SI HUBIESE SIDO POR UN PROBLEMA DE CABLE , SERIA OTRA COSA ,PERO FUE POR UN NEGLIGENCIA DEL PERSONAL. ESTO ME COSTO UN COSTO DE DINERO QUE TUVE QUE AFROBTAR YO, POR EQUIVOCACION DE UDS PORCORTE DE LINEA .
