Paid $199.99 to get started and was given contract number. month or so later called to make reservations for punta cana…when getting info from me the sells by person asked our ages and place of employment- when i indicated we r retired was told we r “too old” and due to lack of employment we did not “qualify” for the “offer” to which i responded it was not an offer but a prize i won on radio station 202.5 san juan puerto rico. they quickly stated we would receive ur $199.99 back within a week or so but that was 2 months ago. i have tried many times to get radio station to answer the phone but they never do! i even won the prize again sept. 1st. when i told lawyer gongoria that they are committing fraud and he hung up on me. i have begun complaint process with daca but i want the world to know this is theft and we must get ur money back…since we r too old to be eligible. against the law to steal from old people.

It is fraud to announce onHOT ***.5 radio @ PRIZE for WINNER of said PRIZE and then charge $***.99 for administrative FEE but when I tried to make reservation was told we r TOO OLD to be allowed to use OFFER… not prize offer AND they wanted more money from me before they asked our age- which is ILLEGAL/discrimination!! Class action lawsuit should be sought but just want MY money back . We r OLD (68 and 74) so we cannot afford to lose $***.99 which could buy medicine for my husband! We were excited because it was a FREE vacation all inclusive which would have been awesome. Please help’
