Quiero hacer un reclamo, lo que pasa es que hice un pedido por UNA PAGINA LLAMADA DRESSINN, la cual enviaba mi paquete comprado por Postnl y el articulo ya lo tiene Postnl desde el 7 de octubre, y desde el 14 de octubre mi rastreo no se actualiza y dice que el envío fue aceptado por el transportista pero nada que ellega el producto a mi país hoy estamos a 12 de noviembre de **** y nada que llega mi pedido, necesito ayuda.
