Cobro de pasaje en tarjeta de crédito, pero no enviaron mail de confirmación

I was buying a ticket from santiago to sao paulo. I used my credit card, and the website tells me i have to wait for the confirmation. Meanwhile, the charge was made to my account, they take the money from my credit card, but they sent an email saying no charge was made. I would like to receive the money back.

Me escribiern un mail perguntando más detalles de la situación. Yo ese mismo día revisé nuevamente mi cuenta bancaria y no se había realizado ningún cobro. Así que al final todo resultó bien.
