Last week i applied to several companies for a small loan. One of them was creditclic. It said they would verify my identification by taking a "test" sum of i.99€ from my credit card. I did not get a loan with them but yesterday they took another 28€ from my card without my knowledge. I am a pensioner with only a small pension to live on.
by taking 28€ yesterday they have stolen my food money for this week.
i really need this money back immediately and assurance that they will not take anymore money from me. I am distraught, i have cried all morning and have found it hard to find a contact email for them
i do pray that you can help me, i am old and bereft. I had no idea that anymore money other than the "test" sum would be taken from my card. Please please help me recover my money.
