Respuesta de Hi Maria! We apologize for the delay in responding & issue with the extra charge. I understand the frustration that comes with an unexpected cost. When renting a vehicle with Budget, you have the option to accept or decline RSN. We encourage all customers to read their Rental Agreements at the counter when they pick up their cars. Although we do not doubt your veracity, our decisions are based on the facts at hand. The rental agreement was signed & the additional services were provided by Budget. In the event of an accident, damage to the rental car, third party property, etc., your financial responsibility would have been greatly reduced if not voided completely. Because of this we are unable to remove the full cost of the RSN option. As a gesture of good will, we will gladly split the cost of the RSN service. This is a total adjustment of $85.41, including applicable taxes. Please be assured that your comments & concerns.
