Tengo un problema con mi cuenta yahoo
el link del correo y telefono para verificar el id no trabaja
contacte los servicios justanswer. Me cobraron de mi tarjeta $35.00 pero no pudieron resolver mi problema adjuto la respuesta:

i have provided all the information that you requested. 2 pcs of government id. This yahoo email address has belonged to me for many years. i am an english teacher and most of my students and alumni know to contact or recommend me by this email. I don´t know what happened. The only thing i remember is that there was an auto system update and some of the links for the verification step email and phone got lost. I never changed my verification email or phone. Please help me to recover this email address to continue working.

A mí madre mayor de edad le descontaron $ 75mil pesos... Averiguando …
Buenos días Licd@. Hasta el día de hoy no ha sido solucionado mi problema ni se ha comunicado yahoo ni just answer la que me cobró $35.00 y no soluciono- Esta es la 5 vez que remito este correo con las mismas observaciones.

Espero de su amable ayuda ya que es algún tiempo de que no puedo usar mi correo [email protected] que por años lo tengo para mis labores y no puedo ni me conviene cambiar por uno nuevo. El link de verificación tanto para el correo como para el teléfono NO FUNCIONA en mi caso- A Otros compañeros si les trabaja

I would NOT PAY AGAIN to JUST ANSWER / help.yahoo.com as you suggested and I did not get the survey. I feel riped off

23 de Febrero a las 20:43 hs.ResponderLes comento que NO HA SIDO SOLUCIONADO ya es algún tiempo que puse la queja y YAHOO ni siquiera contesta o contactado con mi persona.
Puede contactarse al [email protected] que es el mismo email de recuperación mi user es [email protected]. Este email lo uso por muchos años y cambiar no es una opción. Soy profesor/docente y soy conocido por este email. Por favor, se que YAHOO es muy ocupado y tiene otros asuntos que atender pero lo mio ya es algún tiempo y me cobraron $35.oo USD por dar solución y nada pasa por eso contacte a ustedes para denunciar este inconveniente con YAHOO.

Ya ha pasado un tiempo desde que enviamos tu reclamo Yahoo verificacion step no trabaja NO solucionaron el inconveniente por favor seguir insistiendo.
