My name is Mark klot i purchased a ticket from mexico city to vancouver canada for thursday 28th may through your web site i approved the charge for the ticket on my visa credit card. but i have not received the confirmation on my email at klot[números]@gmail.com as of yet.. can you please let me know what is the problem so i can resolve it and get my ticket finalized . thanks
