I did not receive my flight ticket and i am not in the passenger list

I bought a plain ticket though the website www.tigerairways.au ; passenger name veronica puchi , flight tt 226 melbourn to sydney 01 oct 2016, 10:50am. When i finish the transaction though pay pal i receive an e mail with the transaction confirmation and the charge in my back -acount was confirmed. After that the website show a mesage seing failier and y did not receive the ticket that i bought ,a booking reference niether an email with my ticket or the confirmation. I call tiger airway and the say that i am not in the passengers list. I i urgently need to have a solution because i need to travel and i have a hole traveling itinerary that depends on that flight. The number of my receip is: g567ss_27062006_19_32 .
