Estafa al rentar un auto y tener que abonar seguros no obligatorio

estimados amigos : el 12/06/[números] alquile un auto en el aeropuerto con seguro ldw incluido en mi reserva, pero el personal del rrc de miami me dijo que debia ademas pagar el seguto lis ´´que es obligatorio en el estado de la florida´´. Como llegaba de un viaje agotador no quise discutir con su agente, pero hoy ya de regreso encontre que ese seguro no es obligatorio en florida y tuve que abonar u$s [números] de mas. Solicito se me devuelva ese valor o bien no sea facturado en mi tarjeta visa.
