Nunca apareció el paquete

Efectue una compra de un casco con cámara me salía el costo como si fuera producto local ya en el país todo por publicidad a través de facebook, efectue el pago y me enviaron mail que ya estaban procesando mi pedido luego me llego un código de envío con un servidor de traking que aun lo ingreso y me dice que viene de hong kon y que ingreso al país con fecha 03/04/2022, perdí mucho tiempo tratando de averiguar en aduanas y todo el tema al parecer es falso nunka llego y según los códigos para que pueda llegar al país no coinciden total me efectuaron un cobro por un producto que no existió el código de envío blgnb0002168308yq se hace el tracking a través de h***s://w***17track.net/en dear customer, sorry for keeping you waiting so long. we deeply apologize for the delay of delivery.
