I didn't get the premium or the robux i bought

El día de hoy hize el pago de roblox premium 450 robux y no me han llegado el pago lo hize con tarjetas de google play es la primera vez que me pasa esto ya que otras veces que he comprado me llegan los robux al instante también al momento de hacer el pago yo pude notar por un instante que los 450 robux estaban en mi cuenta pero de un momento a otro desaparecieron y aún no me aparece el logo de usuario premium de hecho me sigue apareciendo la opción de comprar el premium y al momento de intentarlo de nuevo me salta un aviso de "error ya has comprado la suscripción roblox premium" cosas que no es así espero que pueda ser solucionado rápido mi problema y tener los robux que ya pague y si no entonces espero un reembolso graciastoday i made the payment for roblox premium 450 robux and i have not received the payment.
