The handle of my suitcase was broken on the plane while my flights were from colombo (sri lanka) to doha and doha to madrid (spain) on the 21st of february. I have claimed through qatar website on the 22nd of february, and qatar madrid responded that i had not claim my suitcase at the airport. But on qatar airlines website is visible , that i could claim, even after 7 days of arrival. Please i do need your help as i only want a new suitcase, in order to replace the one they have broken . For this purpose i have called several times , and qatar customer services have indicated me to call madrid and madrid does not pay attention to my claim, they do not respond the phone .i have sent emails on time, the next day of my arrival, with videos, pictures, tickets, boarding pass, labels, ppq form and all kind of information they were asking . Therefore i ask you to help me to solve this situation, i repeat i only want qatar to replace my suitcase. Many thanks in advance

Qatar no opera mas desde buenos aires no se puede utilizar el tiquet …
La aerolínea no jénera la el reembolso de una ruta que no opera más …
