Yahoo verificacion step no trabaja no hay link

Tengo un problema con yahoo email. El link de verificación del correo y teléfono no trabaja. No hay link
contacte a just answer por sus servicios me cobraron $35.00 y no resolvieron mi problema .... Adjunto el email recibido.

i have provided all the information that you requested. 2 pcs of government id. This yahoo email address has belonged to me for many years. i am an english teacher and most of my students and alumni know to contact or recommend me by this email. I don´t know what happened. The only thing i remember is that there was an auto system update and some of the links for the verification step email and phone got lost. I never changed my verification email or phone. Please help me to recover this email address to continue working.
