Que me devuelvan el dinero o que me la manden

Compre esta linterna y todavía estoy esperando recibirla y ni me contestan ni me dan solución de devolverme mi dinero ni mandarme una y el numero de seguimiento no dice de que compañía es, ni me lo aclaran. Y me contestan esto que no hacen nada, por arreglar este problema, necesito ayuda, esta es la contestación. Y el precio es muy superior a lo que dicen.
