Fraud

On 08/28/[números] i took the flight from washington (iad) to tampa (tpa) ua [números] ref #n4jj98, they were two tickets in the name of ana m santos and juan c olivieri, which i acquired on 05/09/[números]. I paid an additional charge of us$ 49.90 for selecting the seats 20a and 20b. Great was my surprise when i was informed at the company counter of united that they were not informed about this seats booking and they assigned us the seats 38b and 38c. Since i had to board the flight, i was forced to accept the downgrade to avoid missing the flight. I consider that this was a fraud and demand the return of us$ 59.90.
