They have charged us twice for the same flight and they resist refunding our money. I have noted that a lot of the reviews concern stolen moneys. We will never travel with them again. They have many problems with embarkation. Their seat spacing is the worst I have experienced, in fact if the plane had of been full I would have had to stand up. I could not fit into the seat.
