Cheapoair: i don't undertand why i´m not elegible for money refunding. I couldn´t travel not because i didn´t want to but because of a matter of force majeure (covid-19). As you may know the world-wide borders have closed, including canada where i supposed to travel to. So, aircanada cancelled the flight related to the ticket i bought last year. Because all of these issues with thirdparty companies i don´t recommend anyone to use cheapoair to book a flight. It´s not fair that i´ve lost my money. I need a solution from your end.
