Qué me regresen mi dinero

Hice una compra desde el 27 de abril de [números] y es fecha q no llega el producto.
al principio me átendian en el teléfono marcado para méxico y ahora cada que hablo me responden en inglés y como no hablo inglés me cuelgan.
me habían dicho que si no llegaba me regresarían mi dinero y no lo han echo.
i made a purchase from april 27, [números] and it is date that the product does not arrive.
at first i was on the phone marked for mexico and now every time i speak they respond in english and as i do not speak english they hang me.
they had told me that if i did not arrive they would return my money and they have not done it
