Reclamo a Flybondi

Flybondi no responde a reclamos!!

[Solucionado]

Hasta hoy, flybondi no me respondio.

email del 15 de enero [números]:

i had booked the following services:

11.01.19 12:55 flight pdp-cor (2 pax) i0ml6q
11.01.19 apartment in cordoba
12.01.19 06:30 flight cor-mdz (2 pax) vpregm

on thursday, 10.01.19, i received an sms with the information that the departure had changed to 17:35, without stating a date!!

the next day, 11.01.19, i tried to do the online check-in and only then realized, that the flight had departed a day before.

only then i discovered on the below email, that the flight to cordoba was Advanced by one day, sent not even 4 hours before departure!!!

at the time of the sending of your messages (10.01.19 at 13:47), we were sitting in a bus from punta del diablo to maldonado, with no chance to reach the flight within time.

at the end, we had to book a new flight and an additional night in punta del este for the night of the 11.01.19 and flew back to mendoza on 12.01.19.

we claim the following full compensation:

11.01.19 u$ 90 hotel palmera in punta del este
12.01.19 u$ [números] flight pdp-mdz with Aerolineas Argentinas (2 pax)
12.01.19 u$ [números] compensation for extra work

total u$ [números]

    So, flybondi has responded 1 time to my numerous messages.
    They are ONLY willing to compensate the cost of their lost flights.
    I asked them multiple times, how much that would be - NO RESPONSE!
    This company has simply NO SERVICE ATTITUDE
