Mal function of the vehicle rented

I am writing my formal complaint about the mal function of the vehicle rented from your company on december 11, [números] in the name of stephan neresoff contract no. Ra [números]. I am not satisfied with the reduction that i got on delivery of car on 01.07.[números] of $[números].00 for the trouble of imposibility to use the car under normal circumstances from the 12.11.[números] until where i 12.30.[números] when i got a exchange at your branch in ft. Laurderdale international airport.

i feel that a payment of $[números].70 is not fair due to the trouble with rented car until december 30, [números] and i should not been charged with this rental payment during this lapse of time which amounts to 20 days of limited usage due to the mentioned failure. I think that the credit amount of $[números] is not a fair arrangment with all the trouble that i had with the vehicle.

at delivery on 01.07.[números] i was curtiosly attended by mr. [nombre] who offered the mentioned credit amount.

i have a complete written exposure of this incidence separately but the page doesn´t allows me to send it, so send me an e-mail address were i can attached it. So this my written complain and i await your prompt answer.

Ni siquiera recibí un acuse de recibo de Alamo, no entiende que ustedes colocan Visa Argentina yo pague el servicio con una tarjeta Master Card del Facebank.
