Reclamo a Hotelbeds.Com
I'm complaining about my transfer from barcelona airport to lloret de mar on 31/04/2019 as we were abt 15miles from our hotel the driveshaft on the bus broke an we wer left stranded jus put of the bus an left at side of road. As i had my daughter an 2 year old grandson i wasn't prepared to wait on another bus coming for us so i had to call a taxi to teach our destination fortunately the bus had stopped wen the incident happened i dread to think of what could have happened if we had still had been on the motorway. The bus wasn't road worthy an i would like a full refund for my transfer plus the taxi fare if soneine could contact me i would appreciate it thank you
