To whom it may concern,

when i tried to book my ticket to bogota-medellin-bogota for 26.06.[números] after filling in all the information, including credit card, the final page appeared with the message of “page no found” (i have a print screen of it if needed). According to my bank i was not charged at that moment so i decided to try the same booking again which resulted in the same action. In 20 minutes i received both reservations on my email (vco-[números] and vco-[números]) and my bank informed me about double payment. You can verify that both are for the same flight and the same name. I`ve been contacting you by means of different chats/emails/requests for the last two months, eight emails in total. Unfortunately, there is still no answer from your side.
