He pedido varios articulos y no me llega ninguno y han pasado mas de 5 meses

Cuando hice el reclamo de mi último pedido en vova no tuve respuesta y no fui ni soy capaz de entrar en vova para mirar el número de referencia y era muy buena clienta no se que pasa
Para saber si me desembolsan depositan el dinero en paypal. de pay
Compre en vova unos productos que no me llegaron y vova me reembolso y con ese dinero pedí unas joyas ( anillos y otros productos que nunca llegaron sin embargo yo le escribi a vova pero nunca me desembolsaron la plata ni me llego ningún producto hasta la fecha y la …
