Reclamo a Telecom
Buenos dias
desde el mes de diciembre del [números] sin motivo alguno cortaron el servicio telefonico a mi madre. Una persona de 80 años, que vive sola. La cuenta esta al dia y no dan ninguna solución. Hago responsable a esta empresa por cualquier problema de urgencia que tenga mi madre. Aclaro que ella no tiene idea del uso del celular y ademas no tendria porque tenerla porque para eso paga un servicio que hoy no posee.

Buen día. Quería expresar mi enojo hacia telcocom que hace 4 días estoy sin internet. Fui a las oficinas presencialmente a reclamar llame y me tomaron el reclamo y envié 2 mails. Y hasta ahora sigo sin servicio.

BUSQUE MIS COMENTARIOS Y VERÁ COMO TIENE QUE HACER PARA OBLIGARLOS A QUE SE LO CONECTEN, CON INTERVENCION DEL ENTE REGULADOR ENACOM. NO DEJE DE PAGAR LAS MENSUALIDADES YA QUE ES LO QUE BUSCAN PARA DARLO DE BAJA. POR ESO LAS EVASIVAS QUIEREN QUE ABANDONE EL TELEFONO CON CABLE (COBRE)EL MAS SEGURO PERO COMPLICADO DE MANTENER PARA ELLOS Y LE OFRECEN UNO DIGITAL QUE CUANDO SE CORTA LA LUZ O EN EDIFICIOS MUY COMPACTOS NO FUNCIONA. INICE RECLAMO EN DEFENSA DEL CONSUMIDOR DE SU ZONA PARA DEJAR ANTECEDENTE ADMINISTRATIVO XON LA LEY DE DEFENSA DEL CONSUMIDOR A SU FAVOR, Y TAMBIÉN DE INMEDIATO CON EL ENACOM SIEMPRE CON NRO DEL RECLAMO DE LA EMPRESA TELEFONICA.
