Reclamo a Metrogas
En mi ultima factura, metrogas no exhibe el consumo de los ultimos 6 meses, que conforman el total de los 12 meses, que usan para calcular el consumo y facturar, segun la tabla creada por ellos, que siempre arrojando un valor mayor que si se facturara el consumo real del mes. Ademas pagamos impuestos, tasas y contribuciones. Nunca las tarifas estuvieron congeladas.

No llega factura en papel a domicilio
Reclamo hace tiempo y no me envian la factura en papel a domicilio,me llega por mail y te dicen que te adheriste a recibirla asi lo cual es falso.

SIGUE TODO IGUAL Y NADIE HACE NADA. ES ILEGAL QUE NO COBREN EL CONSUMO REAL Y SUMEN LOS ULTIMOS 12 MESES PARA CALCULAR LA TARIFA. ES UNA ESTAFA.
