Reclamo a Metrogas
Mi reclamo es porque el recibo de gas en los ultimos tres meses está llegando superelevado, antes llegaba de 18 mil 20 mil y ahora subió el doble. Pedi revision y la empresa en el dictamen de su tecnico dice que no hay fuga. Entonces porque subió tanto si es el mismo consumo? somos tres personas y casi no cocinamos pues compramos por fuera y los domingos no prendemos la estufa. La verdad necesito una explicacion pues no puede subir un recibo el doble de la noche a la mañana. De seguir esta situacion, estaré presentando mi denuncia ante superservicios o la entidad vigilante de metrogas para que vigile esto.

No llega factura en papel a domicilio
Reclamo hace tiempo y no me envian la factura en papel a domicilio,me llega por mail y te dicen que te adheriste a recibirla asi lo cual es falso.

NO SE HA SOLUCIONADO POR QUE ESTOY ESPERANDO LA OTRA FACTURA QUE NO LLEGUE CON UN CARGO TAN ALTO PUES HASTA LA FECHA ESTAN LLEGANDO ALTSIMOS Y NO COMPRENDO COMO ESTANDO LAS MISMAS TRES PERSONAS Y COCINANDO POCO, LLEGA DE TRES MESES PARA ACÁ UN CONSUMO DE 30 MIL PESOS MAS Y FUERON Y REVISARON Y EL SEÑOR DE METROGAS EN SU DICTAMEN DICE QUE NO HAY FUGA, ENTONCES HASTA TANTO NO SE NORMALICE EL RECIBO, CONSIDERO QUE MI PROBLEMA NO HA SIDO RESUELTO.

LOS RECIBOS LLEGAN ALTOS PESE A ESTAR LAS MISMAS TRES PERSONAS Y YA FUE UN EMPLEADO DE METROGAS A REVISAR Y DICE QUE NO HAY FUGA, ENTONCES NO ENTIENDO.

NO PORQUE EL RECIBO SIGUE LLEGANDO CON ALTO CONSUMO, ES EXAGERADO ESE COSTO PORQUE SUBIO DEMASIADO COMO SI COCINARAMOS PARA UN EJERCITO Y SOMOS TRES PERSONAS Y FUE UN EMPLEADO DE METROGAS Y SE DIO CUENTA QUE NO HAY FUGAS.
