Reclamo a Eurail
I have been all day trying to reserve a seat from chambery challes les eaux (france) to milano p.garibaldi (italy). My trip is for 1 more month. I have selected my route on the web considering the payment of the difference, but it always gives me the following message "sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later or find another connection. This connection will be removed from your cart". I've tried every other path i have available, but they all send the same message. I contracted 6 eurail global passes, and in the end it seems that i have to buy the tickets directly with the train company that does have it available. I managed to book other routes, but this is part of my itinerary and i must have the tickets.

Quiero devolver 2 pases comprados para viajar por francia, están sin activar ni utilizar, no puedo contactar con eurail

La solución fue separar el grupo de viaje en 3 o menos pasajeros. Lamentablemente eso provoca que tengamos que viajar en asientos separados.
