Pedido nunca entregado y no se hacen cargo!

i have had a terrible experience buying on aliexpress.
i made about 10 purchases, all of them very successful so far...

one purchase had some kind of problem and has been stuck in customs for 2 months. I did the same paperwork as in the other cases, i paid the customs paperwork as always. The payment also appears "approved" by customs, but it is still "stuck" and does not move. They cannot tell me at customs if it is due to a broken package, a lost package or for some reason. The other 9 orders arrived without any problem.
the problem is, because i made the claim on aliexpress and it has already been 3 times that they have closed it saying that neither svbony nor aliexpress is responsible for anything!
i can't believe it. I have bought on ebay, on Amazon on dx, and on several other sites, of lesser fame, and this has never happened to me. Is the customer service of svbony and aliexpress that bad?
shouldn't they charge 1 dollar more to each buyer, and with that +Pay for the tiny Number of cases where a package is lost!?
shameful and disappointing.
the products (those that arrived) turned out to be very good, but you can't buy if it's a lottery and if no one takes responsibility in case of problems. Sad.
