I incurred [números]usd for buying necessary items because you delayed my luggage and misinformed me about the situation several times. i request a detailed explanation of this. And please stop sending your excuses. My request is based on international, argentinian and european laws. It is extremely frustrating to see how unprofessional this airline is operating. As a frequent traveler I am used to a lot of misery with airlines but I have never experienced such a bad treatment from Customer Service in case of issues. I have made several requests to receive my refund, and never received more than one sentence of reply. In no communication they explained why they don’t cover the expenses I incurred because of their mistakes. They are legally responsible to reimburse and simply don’t do it! I would recommend everyone not to fly with them, and personally this was my last flight with Aerolineas Argentinas. Never again!!

I have been contacted by Esteban F Renaud. He has been answering that administrative offices of Aerolineas cannot support me with my request. I wonder who can support me then?? It is Aerolineas who is responsible, so it is THEM who need to resolve this! This is a really unreasonable answer.
I am keeping all communication to pass it on to my lawyer.
