you know what this is about. You are ignoring my requests, so i try a different channel. I incurred [números]usd for buying necessary items because you delayed my luggage and misinformed me about the situation several times. You offer only [números]usd compensation and don’t explain why you don’t cover [números]usd.
i request a detailed explanation of this. And please stop sending your excuses. My request is based on international, argentinian and european laws. I have a legal right to be compensated with [números] usd according to the montreal convention. Please proceed with the request and Issue the reimbursement fully.
next step will be that i sue aerolineas argentinas, if you are further failing to meet my demand.

    It is extremely frustrating to see how unprofessional this airline is operating. As a frequent traveler I am used to a lot of misery with airlines but I have never experienced such a bad treatment from Customer Service in case of issues. I have made several requests to receive my refund, and never received more than one sentence of reply. In no communication they explained why they don’t cover the expenses I incurred because of their mistakes. They are legally responsible to reimburse and simply don’t do it! I would recommend everyone not to fly with them, and personally this was my last flight with Aerolineas Argentinas. Never again!!

      I have been contacted by Esteban F Renaud. He has been answering that administrative offices of Aerolineas cannot support me with my request. I wonder who can support me then?? It is Aerolineas who is responsible, so it is THEM who need to resolve this! This is a really unreasonable answer.
      I am keeping all communication to pass it on to my lawyer.
