Reclamo a Vimevod.Com
I've made an account as it stated that it was for free. I've tried to check the page and maybe see some movies, but there are no interesting movies at all. Now i see my account has been charged once for 1.66€ and they refunded me 1.65 the next day. Today i see a new charge of 42.68€ on my account. Are you freaking kidding me?! i want to unsubscribe to this shitty page right away and i demand my money back immediately!

Cancelar suscripción
Me suscribí a una prueba gratis en cuevana 3 y me pidió ingresar una tarjeta después salía que tenía 5 días gratis qué después se haría un cobro mensual y ya no lo quiero por que buscando por google aparece que esa página es una e*****.

Quiero cancelar una suscripción en la página de cuevana3, el anuncio decía que si quería cancelar se podía realizar dentro de los primeros 5 dias antes de que comezaran a hacer cargos a la tarjeta.

No quieren devolverme el dinero. Dicen que tendria que haber cancelado la subscrpcion en 5 dias. Algo que no se puede hacer si te olvidas el nombre de la pagina, como no te envian ningun correo de confirmacion, como tendria que ser. Unos estafadores.

Vimevod's customer service blocked me, I can no longer send them emails, after asking them to look up for the confirmation email they were supposed to send me and which I never got. Without the confirmation email one cannot remember the name of the page where you subscribed therefore one cannot unsubscribe from it and this is how this scammers steal from you, as you realize the name of the company only after they charge you and you see their name on your bank statement. And they charge 42 eur, whilst hbo or netflix cost only 10 eur per month and have actual archive of movies and series, not like freaking vimevod that has only shitty old movies, nothing interesting at all. But this is all part of the scam. You subscribe, as it is gratis, you check the page and there's nothing to see, so you close it and remember about it only when you see a charge on your account, as no confirmation email is ever sent to you, whilst per law it should be

She asked how to unsubscribe and get refunded...which is something that I wouldn't know, since they've promised a refund which I never received. To unsubscribe, go onto their page, log in and unsubscribe.
